I liked this story, hated the mother.
A young woman is a mail order bride finding love and happiness with a doctor and brings along her sister
Pros = nice cover art
Cons = too amateurish. Very poor sentence structure and writer has no clue about proper punctuation. I made it 7 pages into book before deleting the book.
This is an improvement over previous books I have read from this author. I enjoyed reading this and though it his a short story it is worth the time spent.
A story of girls being forced to marry a man who they detested, to escape one of the girls answered an advertisement for a Bride from a Doctor out west taking her younger sister with her away from their Mother. The Doctor was late picking them up at the station due to an emergency. A very enjoyable western historical romance kindle book from at a special price and from a delightful author who keeps me entertained throughout the entire book. A must read.
Boon hE just loss his wife and newborn baby but he wasn't able to keep up with his farm and his medical practice so he sent off for a mail order bride. Annie's mother was trying to force her to marry and older nasty wealthy man l. She choose to agree to marry the doctor and take her little sister with her sense her mother was going to make her marry the mean old man. After a shooting,and kidnapping the couple found happiness.
